Team Chicago Academy-2002 Elite standout Tara Tesmond has accepted a great scholarship offer to continue her soccer career at Indiana State University. Tara, who plays her prep soccer for Head Coach Joe Moreau at Neuqua Valley High School, will be a member of coach Julie Hanley’s 2021 recruiting class.

The Sycamores are members of the NCAA Division I Missouri Valley Conference.

Team Chicago Academy-2002 Elite standout Haley Lewis has accepted a great scholarship offer to continue her soccer career at Grand Valley State University. Haley, who plays her prep soccer at Oswego East High School for coaches Juan Leal and Sean Kelleher, will be a part of coach Jeff Hosler’s 2020 recruiting class.

The Lakers are a member of the NCAA DII Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and are perennial National Championship contenders.

The Team Chicago 3rd Bowling Night Fundraiser is this Saturday.

Date: Saturday, February 2nd, 2019
Location: Fox Bowl 1101 Butterfield Rd, Wheaton IL.
Time:
8:15PM – All-You-Can-Eat-Pizza
9:15PM – Bowling Starts

Cost $30.00 per person or $55.00 per couple
includes pizza, pop and 2 games of Scotch Bowling (with a partner.)
This event is open to all TC players, parents, friends and family.

The first 50 Team Chicago player to arrive will receive a door prize and the team with the highest attendance will receive a team gift. We also have raffle prizes including items from our partners at Athletico, WeGotSoccer and more. Raffle tickets will be sold at the event ($5/each of 5/$20, cash only).

All funds raised at the event support our scholarship program.

Team Chicago Academy-2001 Elite standout Abigail Hillman has committed to continue her soccer career at Loyola University Chicago. Abigail– who plays her prep soccer for head coach Ed Watson at Naperville Central High School – will be a part of Loyola head coach Barry Bimbi’s 2019 recruiting class.

The Ramblers are part of the NCAA Division I Missouri conference, and are coming off their best season in program history winning the Missouri Valley Conference regular season and Tournament Championship.

Team Chicago Academy-2001 Premier standout Abby Kay has committed to Aurora University. Kay – who plays her prep soccer for Neuqua Valley and Coach Joe Moreau – will be part of Spartans Head Coach Shannon DeNinno’s 2019 recruiting class.

Aurora University competes in the NCAA Division lll Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC).
